Testing U.P. Payments
On Line Electronic Payments

This web site is a subscription based on line payments system. A business, utility company, etc would subscribe to this service. They would then notify their customers that payments can be made via this web site.

Upon notification a person could then register a user id and password. After the registration process is complete they would then be able to submit their payments on line.

The subscribing business would collect their customer payment information and submit ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions to collect the funds. They would also update their accounts receivable to reflect the payments received.

After processing the on line payments the payments would be cleared from the system to await the next group of payments.

This web site purposely does not have a lot of graphics. Not everyone has a high speed connection and the time spent entering a payment transaction should be minimal.
